Utah Builder Directory ("we," "us") operates utahbuilderdirectory.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
The short version: we collect what you voluntarily submit through our forms and quizzes, plus basic website analytics. We use it to connect you with builders and to understand what Utah buyers are looking for. We do not sell your personal information.

- Concierge requests: name, email, phone, desired area, budget range, timeline, builder type, and any notes you provide.
- Builder submissions: company name, contact person, email, phone, website, social handles, logo, service areas, pricing information, communities, and company biography.
- Area interest: your email address and the Utah area you asked about.
- Quiz responses: the answers you select. Quizzes run in your browser, and your answers are only transmitted to us if you choose to submit them with a contact request.
Information collected automatically

How we use it
- To respond to your request and connect you with builders that may fit your criteria.
- To review and publish builder profiles.

- To understand aggregate demand across Utah, for example which counties and builder categories buyers are searching for most.
Aggregated insights
We may publish or share aggregated, de-identified insights about Utah new-construction demand, such as the percentage of visitors searching a given county or builder category. These insights never include your name, email, phone number, or any information that identifies you personally.

- With builders or licensed professionals you ask to be introduced to, or where we reasonably determine the introduction fulfills your request.
