Builder names, marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.

Accuracy and verification

Builder information is compiled from public sources and from submissions by builders themselves. Pricing, availability, communities, incentives, timelines, floor plans, and service areas change frequently and may be inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for independently verifying all information directly with the builder before making any decision. A "Builder Verified" badge means the company confirmed its profile information with us on the date shown. It is not a rating, a recommendation, a warranty, or a guarantee of quality, workmanship, or business practices.

Quizzes and matches

Our quizzes produce suggestions based on the answers you provide and general builder category information. They are a starting point for your own research, not a recommendation, endorsement, ranking, or professional advice. Several builders not shown may fit you equally well or better. "Best for" labels are editorial classifications based on builder category and service data. They are never sold or paid for.
